If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, no fees will be applied, and you may reschedule as needed, subject to availability. 2 Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours in Advance
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, you will be charged 60% of the total cost of the service booked. 3 No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 60% of the total cost of the service booked. 4 How to Cancel
